Conversion of office building to apartments

A former office building at Eschersheimer Landstrasse 105-107, in Frankfurt Westend and not far from the Banking Quarter, is being converted to apartments. In the seven-storey building, 77 furnished apartments, with a total residential floor area of around 2,400 sq m, will be constructed, with 11 underground parking spaces and 81 cycle stands in the basement. The individual residential units, with floor areas ranging from 20 to 50 sq m, will be fitted out and furnished to a high standard.
