Construction of a modern apartment building with 14 residential units

As well as four garden apartments, the building in the Bessungen district of Darmstadt has four apartments on each of the first and second floors and two penthouse apartments. The disabled-accessible apartments have parking spaces in the on-site underground car park. The ground floor apartments have extensive garden areas, the upper floor apartments have spacious balconies, and the penthouse apartments are surrounded by roof terraces with views of the Rhine valley.
