Refurbishment of a city centre retail property

The former Listmann building in the centre of Mainz, directly opposite the Dom, formerly had a 1970s facade with individual windows. It was lavishly refurbished, completely gutted, and given a historicised facade to integrate in the surroundings of the historic centre of Mainz. The building was made suitable for alternative uses, such as offices or small-scale commercial units, by creating an additional main entrance on the north side, with its own stairwell, and the division of the fenestration.
