Revitalisation of a commercial building – conversion from offices to apartments

The property, formerly occupied as a commercial building, was offered for sale after the company had vacated. In the search for an alternative use, buyers wanting to use the property for residential purposes were found. This was facilitated on the municipal side by converting the former commercial area into a general housing area. This necessitated amendment to the development plan. Modern rendered facades with generously-sized window elements underline the aspiration for sophisticated architecture. One of the two clients will continue to occupy the commercial accommodation (offices) on the garden floor.
