Construction of a new hostel in the centre of Heidelberg

A new hostel is to be built in the heart of Heidelberg, one of Germany’s tourism hotspots, starting in 2022. Situated very close the central railway station, when completed it will provide 112 rooms with a total of 320 beds. a&o Hostel GmbH has already signed a 20-year contract to operate the facility. The company, which is the largest privately-run hostel chain in Europe, operates 40 properties in 24 cities.
